About the Author

Mridula Baljekar (who has been described as the `new Madhur Jaffrey') has written a number of best-selling books of Indian cookery including Complete Indian Cookbook (over 250,000 copies sold) and The Balti Cookbook. Indian Cooking Without Fat was published in January 1999.
