Edith Spira was born in Vienna 1951. She studied at the
Universität für Angewandte Kunst, Vienna and the Kunstakademiet i
Trondheim, Norway. She moved 1978 to Norway and since 2001 lives
and works both in Vienna and in Norway.She participated in many
exibitions in Austria, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. She is
representated in public collections in Vienna, St. Pölten, Oslo.
Trondeim, Tistrup (Denmark) and Östergotalandslän (Sweden).
Brigitte Birbaumer Borchhardt (Vienna) is a historian of art as
well as a curator and critic. She taught at the University of
Vienna and the Vienna Academy of Art. She has curated many
exhibitions, for example in the Belvedere palace and the Albertina,
Vienna and also at the Kunsthalle Krems.
Manfred Lang is the owner of "Galerie Lang" (Vienna) and a
collector of drawings.
Tone Lyngstad Nyaas is a Norwegian historian of art and the curator
of Edith Spira's show at Haugar Kunstmuseum (Tønsberg, Norway) in
September 2020.
Marjetica Potrc ? is an internationally renowned artist from
Slovenia and has known ES since 1968.
