About the Author

Dan Chakonas is an avid reader and student of literature. His love for books began after reading Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. The adventure and unique characters inspired him to embark on a journey of creating his own literary heroes and villains. He holds a bachelor's degree in English from Northeastern Illinois University. He lives in the Chicago area and enjoys its great museums, restaurants, and sports.
