The bodies of local women are turning up on the city streets and the evidence points to best friend and former colleague of Detective Jessica Barnes. Former police officer Blaine Cooper was found on the east side of town, unconscious with a dead female beside him, and a pile of evidence. Is he the Scorned killer, or is he being set up? Follow Detective Barnes as she engages in a series of twists and turns on the dead-end streets of the city to help solve the murders and either help to exonerate her friend or convict him.
