About the Author

Tatiana Bachkirova is an academic, a coach and a coaching supervisor. At Oxford Brookes University she leads a Postgraduate course in Supervision for Coaching and Mentoring and teaches on MA and doctoral programmes. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Co-editor in Chief of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice.
