account of key challenges faced by contemporary welfare regimes and
policy makers' varied responses. The De Gruyter Handbook of
Contemporary Welfare States will prove an invaluable resource for
students, researchers and other stakeholders with an interest in
the future of the welfare state."
Colin Lindsay, University of Strathclyde "This impressive book
covers research methods, issues and avenues for the future of
contemporary welfare states. It offers an excellent, well-balanced
