What a book! All the creatures you wish never existed in our lifetime are right here! :-) Seriously, I think this is a good book for kids. Spelling out exactly what each and every of this beastly, creepy, slimy creatures, big or small, exactly can and cannot do greatly demystifies and removes unnecessary fears and (potential) phobias. Full of information and packed with useful pictures, it is divided into two major sections and chapters: 1) Bugs and Minibeasts - Spiders - Beetles and Bugs - Butterflies and Moths - Social Insects (Bees, Wasps, Ants, Termites) 2) Reptiles - Snakes - Crocodiles - Lizards - Turtles
