About the Author

Mark Studley was named Cookbook Author of the Year 2023 by yhangry and is a private chef specialising in fun food. He fell into cooking five years ago when his friends convinced him to start selling his signature dirty dishes online, and the rest is history. Mark has multiple awards under his belt from his previous restaurants too and now caters for functions, parties and celebrity clients.
