She worked as an actor for several years and presented The Home Show for Thames Television.Linda writes and performs her own poetry; her poetry collection titled DOG DAYS has been published, as has her highly commended debut novel THE BOY WITH THE TIGER'S HEART. She lives in Wiltshire with her family and numerous animals. Follow Linda at www.lindacogsblog.blogspot.co.uk.
The Dog, Ray, being a children's book, is very easy to read. The
story flows well, and it has a surprisingly fast pace for a
children's book. It has enough drama to get your heart racing, but
nothing that would greatly distress a young reader. The story is
touching, and you'll find yourself rooting for both pip and Daisy
to get their happy ending.
