Shirley H. Fondiller, EdD, RN, FAAN, an internationally known journalist, educator, and historian, is cofounder and principal of Publishing for Health Dimensions (phd), an editorial service for nurses and health professionals.

Barbara J. Nerone, APR, has a broad background in the communications field.
