About the Author

Chris Welch was a journalist at Melody Maker who was there to witness it all first-hand throughout the '70s and has interviewed all the members of Led Zeppelin many times. He is the author of several Led Zeppelin books including Led Zeppelin Treasures (Carlton), John Bonham: A Thunder of Drums (Backbeat Books), and Peter Grant: The Man Who Led Zeppelin (Omnibus Press).
