Life is just dandy for Rob Greene - a dream job, a nice house, a stable income, and soon a beautiful wife - until one day a neglected and cast-aside inventor decides to force his latest creation upon an unsuspecting world. As the planet around him falls into a state of hypnosis, Rob must escape before it's too late. Before long, he finds himself in an adventure across space beyond even the wildest of his dreams. It becomes apparent that only he can stop the madman and return sanity to the Earth. The only question is if it's already too late.

Chris Heit is perhaps best known for his magnum opus "The Book." When that epic was completed, he decided to try writing stories that actually had titles. The first product of this ambitious endeavor was "Lucid Dream." Besides writing novels in his spare time, Heit is the father of three and has the best wife anyone named Chris Heit who grew up in North Dakota ever had. When he's not writing, Heit works as a software developer who likes blueberry soup. He thinks you should try it sometime. No, seriously. It's good stuff.
