About the Author

Diane L. Ross received her master's from California State University at Long Beach. She worked as a teacher and journalist before becoming a master practitioner in NLP. She is certified through the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a member of the International Association of Regression Therapies. A charter member of the Hypnosis Education Association, she has recorded more than 100 self-hypnosis and meditation CDs. In her private practice based in Orlando, Florida, she conducts classes in meditation and spiritual development and has helped thousands of clients achieve a better quality of life through hypnosis.
