Janine C. Edwards, PhD, is Associate Professor and Vice Chair for Academic Affairs of the Department of Family and Community Medicine and Associate Professor of Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University.

Joan A. Friedland, MD, MPH, is Associate Professor of Medicine of the Department of Medicine and Associate Professor of the Center for Ethics and Health Policy at Baylor College of Medicine. She is Associate Chief of the Medical service at the Houston VA Medical Center.

Robert Bing-You, MD, Med, FACP, is the Associate Vice President for Medical Education at Maine Medical Center and is a practicing endocrinologist.
