About the Author

Rebekah Peppler is a Paris-based food writer, stylist, and author. She is the author of Aperitif: Cocktail Hour in the French Way, which was nominated for a James Beard Award in the Beverage Category, as well as HONEY, a Short Stack Edition. Her clients include the New York Times, Bon Appetit, Real Simple, Rachael Ray Magazine, Food Network, Tasting Table, and more.

Joann Pai is a food and travel photographer based in Paris. Her work has been featured in esteemed publications such as Saveur magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, and the New York Times.
