Reviews

`Seasonal storytelling at its best . . . perfect for reading aloud at bedtime'
The Sunday Times
`A book stuffed of lavish spectacle, described with a wonderfully visual sense of festival.'
The Tablet
`A lovely book to give to any family to share and enjoy at this time of year.'
Carousel
`"Memorable for its subtle evocation of the mostly forgotten traditions of Christmas past - the sort of things alluded to in songs or nursery rhymes. Magical fable, historical novel and crazy extravaganza combined. Unique and authentic festive entertainment."
