Because this one is a more recent release of the For Dummies series, the creators have improved significantly in producing a clearer format and easier to follow guide. If your life depended on the problem at hand and you’re looking to this book for help, I’d advise against it. For example swimming. No. AGaining knowledge on ailments. Perhaps. But it is not the most dependable book out there.
