About the Author

Tilly Halfpenny is an adventurous, animal-loving new author from South Gippsland, Victoria. She is a primary school teacher who has a love for teaching and life-long learning. Inspired by her three dogs and the joy they bring to her life to write this children's picture fiction in the hope that it fosters a love of reading in children.
