KEEPING A 3D EYE ON YOU!! At long last the granddaddy of 3D movies arrives (from outer space!!) Universal Pictures very first 3D movie certainly brings a new dimension to this favourite sci-fi movie of 1953. Since that time it has only been available in the standard 2D (flat) version. Now with the aid of new digital technology via Blue Ray, this classic movie certainly comes to life more than 60 years after it was made. Glad I'm still around to see it like this!! With Blue Ray 3D particularly with the classics like Creature From the Black Lagoon, House of Wax, Dial M for Murder and even a musical, Kiss Me Kate(!) they can now be watched without the worry of 2 synchronised movie projectors getting out of sync and causing headaches!! "IT" can be best described as aliens accidentally crashing to earth while journeying to somewhere else, but are they really just repairing their ship buried in the earth or up to something more sinister? The quality of the image is excellent and features a 3 track DTS soundtrack from the original 3 track system. NOT TO BE MISSED BY ANYONE SERIOUS ABOUT 3D FILMS!!
