I would like Fishpond to erase my customer data, how do I request this?

We are sorry to see you go!

To have your account and customer data permanently erased, email data.erasure.requests@worldfront.co to request the deletion. When we receive your request we will send you an email to verify the deletion; simply click on the link included in the email to confirm.

Please note:

• This process is not reversible, you will need to sign up for a new account if you would like to use our services again in the future
• Please download any invoices before verifying the deletion; once deleted this data cannot be retrieved
• If you have an open order with us, your account cannot be deleted until after your order has shipped
• If you have multiple accounts set up with the same email address (e.g. for the United States and Australia) both accounts will be deleted
